WORLD CLASS WINES Join us as we sample over 125 top wines from virtually every important importer and distributor of South American wine. We'll also be including a few wines from Uruguay this year, including the hearty Tannat grape.
You will be taken on a tour of Chile's main wine regions including the Maipo, Colchagua and Casablanca Valleys, while savoring Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and the wonderfully spicy and chocolately varietal Carmenère - our pick to become 'the next Malbec' on our shores.
Argentina's main wine regions border Chile in the foothills of the Andes, with the Mendoza Valley being the most prominent, along with the Salta region to the North. You will try Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Bonarda, Merlot, Torrontés, Chardonnay and lots of Malbec (over 30 different kinds) - the most important grape of Argentina.
